The Site provides pediatric growth percentile calculations based on publicly available reference data from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The Site is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
The Site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results generated by the calculators are not a substitute for professional medical evaluation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health-related concerns about your child.
No physician–patient relationship is created by your use of the Site.
3. No Warranty
The Site and all content, tools, and results are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While we strive for accuracy by using official WHO and CDC LMS parameter tables without modification, we do not guarantee that the calculations are error-free or that results will match those produced by clinical software or your healthcare provider.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GrowthPercentile.com, its owner, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any results provided by the calculators.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Entering accurate measurement data (weight, height, age, sex)
- Understanding that results depend on the accuracy of the data you enter
- Not relying on the Site as a substitute for professional medical advice
- The security of your own device and browser, including any data stored locally by the Growth Tracker
- Using the Site in compliance with all applicable laws
6a. Growth Tracker — Locally Stored Data
The Growth Tracker feature stores child profile information and measurement history in your browser's localStorage. This data includes names, dates of birth, and health measurements that you voluntarily enter.
Important:
- All Growth Tracker data is stored exclusively on your device. It is never transmitted to, processed by, or accessible to GrowthPercentile.com or any third party.
- GrowthPercentile.com has no ability to access, view, recover, back up, or delete your locally stored data.
- You assume full responsibility for the data you choose to enter and for maintaining the security of your device (including protection against unauthorized physical access, malware, and malicious browser extensions).
- Browser
localStorageis not encrypted. If device security is a concern, use your browser's private/incognito mode or delete your data after each session using the controls provided on the Growth Tracker page. - If you clear your browser data, switch browsers, or use a different device, your Growth Tracker data will be permanently lost. We cannot recover it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GrowthPercentile.com disclaims all liability for any loss, unauthorized access, or misuse of data stored in your browser's localStorage, as such data is under your sole custody and control.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site's original content, design, code, and branding are the property of GrowthPercentile.com. The underlying growth reference data is in the public domain as published by WHO and CDC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's proprietary content without prior written permission.
